We keep our process tight and intentional from start to finish. Every bag is roast-to-order in small batches, giving us full control over each roast and ensuring your coffee is built for purity, character, and peak freshness—not pulled from a warehouse shelf. After roasting, the beans are degassed for 24 hours, allowing excess CO₂ to release so the flavors settle and open up the way they’re meant to. From there, we pack everything in recyclable paper bags—no microplastics, no PBT pollutants—just a clean vessel for a clean cup. It’s a straightforward approach, done the right way, so what you get is coffee as it should be: fresh, honest, and uncompromised.
