The Rogue Roaster roasts all their ORGANIC COFFEES to order. The Fresh Roasted Organic Coffees and Organic Coffee Extract we deliver to our customers, local restaurants and local Farmers Markets are never more than 3 days old. We never keep roasted coffee around, simply because we take any coffee on that third day and turn it into delicious Coffee Extract.

We listen to you, our customers – what you want is what you get – period! Although we have more than happy to make reccomendationsd and educate our customer if you know what you want – that’s what you’ll get. No grinder, no worries – we can grind the coffee for you (however for maximum freshness you’d be better off griding it RIGHT before brewing.

No matter which one of our excellent green coffees you desire we’ll roast it to your liking and deliver it to you either whole bean or ground to whatever your needs are.
